COMMISSION

คิวงานจะถูกรันตามลำดับการตกลงว่าจ้าง และหลังจากได้รับการชำระค่ามัดจำตามที่กำหนดเรียบร้อยแล้ว

จะต้องตกลงราคาให้เรียบร้อยก่อนเริ่มงานทุกครั้ง การจองคิวถือเป็นการยอมรับการว่าจ้าง รวมถึงเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงทั้งหมดที่ระบุไว้ในที่นี้

สำหรับงานที่มีรายละเอียดมากหรือมีความซับซ้อนสูง จะมีการคิดค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม โดยจะแจ้งรายละเอียดและค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อพูดคุยและตกลงกับผู้ว่าจ้างก่อนเริ่มงานทุกครั้ง

สามารถแก้ไขงานได้ไม่เกิน 3 ครั้ง โดยการแก้ไขในขั้นตอนการสเก็ตช์จะไม่ถูกนับรวมในจำนวนครั้งดังกล่าว

การแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมจากจำนวนครั้งที่กำหนด จะคิดค่าบริการ ครั้งละ 50 บาท โดยขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของผู้วาด ทั้งนี้ ผู้วาดจะแจ้งให้ทราบและตกลงค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมกับผู้ว่าจ้างก่อนดำเนินการทุกครั้ง

ไม่อนุญาตให้แก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดของงานหลังจากลงสีเสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้ว เว้นแต่เป็นการแก้ไขเล็กน้อย เช่น การเปลี่ยนสีในบางจุด การปรับสีหน้าของตัวละครเล็กน้อย หรือการแก้ไขรายละเอียดของสีบางส่วน

ผลงานที่เสร็จสมบูรณ์อาจถูกนำไปเผยแพร่บนโซเชียลมีเดีย แพลตฟอร์มแสดงผลงาน และแพลตฟอร์มอื่น ๆ เพื่อการโปรโมต ทั้งในรูปแบบภาพและวิดีโอ รวมถึงอาจถูกจัดเก็บไว้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ Portfolio ของผู้วาด โดยผลงานจะมีการใส่ลายน้ำและระบุชื่อผู้ว่าจ้าง

หากผู้ว่าจ้างไม่ประสงค์ให้ผลงานถูกเผยแพร่ต่อสาธารณะ จะต้องแจ้งผู้วาด ก่อนเริ่มงาน โดยจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมเป็น 2 เท่าของราคาว่าจ้างเดิม สำหรับการว่าจ้างแบบส่วนตัว

ไม่อนุญาตให้นำผลงานที่ว่าจ้างไปใช้สำหรับ NFTs, AI-generated content, AI Training, Machine Learning หรือวัตถุประสงค์อื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ AI

งานเร่งด่วน (Rush Commission): คิดค่าบริการ 2 เท่าของราคาปกติ

การใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์ (Commercial Use): คิดค่าบริการ 2 เท่าของราคาปกติ

The commission queue will be processed according to the agreed commission arrangement and after the required deposit has been paid.

The price must always be agreed upon before the work begins. Booking a commission slot is considered acceptance of the commission, terms, and conditions stated herein.

An additional fee will be charged for highly detailed or complex designs. The additional fee will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before work begins.

Up to 3 revisions are included. Revisions made during the sketching stage do not count toward this limit.

Any additional revisions beyond the included revisions will be charged at 50 THB per revision, at the artist's discretion. The client will always be informed and the additional fee agreed upon beforehand.

Changes or modifications to the artwork are not permitted after the coloring stage has been completed, except for minor adjustments such as changing colors in certain areas, making slight adjustments to a character's facial expression, or modifying minor color details.

Completed artwork may be posted on the artist's social media, art platforms, and other promotional platforms, including both images and videos, and may be retained as part of the artist's portfolio. The artwork will be watermarked and the client's name will be credited.

If the client does not wish for the completed artwork to be publicly displayed, this must be stated before the commission begins. An additional fee of 2× the original commission price will apply for private commissions.

The commissioned artwork may not be used for NFTs or for AI-generated content, AI training, machine learning, or any other AI-related purpose.

Rush commissions: 2× the original commission price.

Commercial use: 2× the original commission price.

Background / Props: 100 - 1,000 บาท (ขึ้นอยู่กับข้อตกลงราคาและรายละเอียดของงาน)
